When you ask, "Can the structure and content of a syllabus be layered in with the... conversations that emerge in mid-career to help people navigate complex decisions in their work and career?"... are you more interested in whether we readers think its doable, or whether we believe there's an audience for it that will actually register for such a course (or both)?
